Since ancient times, the transmission of knowledge has been a practice among people and cultures, the difference is that today, due to the challenges of the modern world and its demands, it is done in a more structured and measurable way, where the objectives are achieved thanks to the support of technologies and digital tools.

Another of the challenges we have faced in recent years was the Sars-CoV health emergency, which taught us great lessons: that distance education and training is possible, that only an electronic device is required to communicate with the outside world and that, from that historic moment on, things in the world had changed forever.

Also, the possibility of interacting and achieving a two-way growth, that is to say that both the mentor and the mentee gain access to knowledge in an effective way, achieving an effective impact on their career.
